Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

• Consulting time is delivered remotely. Minimum 1 hour per session; billed in 30-minute increments thereafter.
• Unused time rolls forward and does not expire. Time is non-refundable after work begins.
• Scheduling and response windows are typically within 1–5 business days unless otherwise arranged.
• You are responsible for granting necessary access and managing data classification.
• Our total cumulative liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable block of hours.
